CúanAngel is a freelance design studio offering branding, web design, and digital templates. All services are provided by Jane Arnold, trading as CúanAngel, based in Ireland.

2. Services

We offer:

• Custom branding & design services

• Website design

• Canva templates

• Digital downloads

• Custom digital product creation
   

Detailed scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables are provided in individual proposals or service agreements.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, templates, and content are the intellectual property of CúanAngel unless otherwise stated.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our designs as your own.

• Digital templates are licensed for personal or business use by the purchaser only.

• You may not share or modify and redistribute any template or file without express written consent.

 

 

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are subject to change without notice.

• Custom design services require a deposit (usually 50%) upfront, with the remainder due upon completion.

• Digital downloads must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• Failure to pay may result in paused or cancelled services.

 

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are offered for downloadable items once delivered.

Custom Services:
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Cancellations may be requested, but any time or work already completed will be billed accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner

• Ensure you have rights to any content (logos, photos, copy) you supply

• Respect the agreed project timelines and payment terms
   

Delays in client feedback may impact project timelines and delivery.

7. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated before work begins. CúanAngel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting platforms, or delayed client responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

CúanAngel is not liable for:

• Any business losses, lost data, or damages resulting from use of our services or templates

• Website or platform outages (e.g., Wix, Canva, Google Forms)

• Errors resulting from client-edited files
   

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services indicates acceptance of these terms.
