This qualification isn’t just a certificate. It’s a recognition of the work I’ve poured into helping people grow, evolve, and feel seen — through branding, creativity, and storytelling. But more importantly, it has become the foundation for something I am deeply passionate about bringing into the world:

Why I Chose the QQI Level 6 Training & Development Path


For years, I’ve worked with small business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs who felt invisible, unclear, or overwhelmed by their branding and marketing. I knew I could help them — but I wanted to do it with structure, depth, and recognised training excellence.


The QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award is one of Ireland’s highest professional standards for trainers. It allowed me to develop skills in:

  • Adult learning principles

  • Training design & curriculum development

  • Facilitation and communication

  • Assessment strategies

  • Learner engagement

  • Coaching and reflective practice


It taught me how people learn, why they learn, and how to guide them from confusion to clarity in a way that feels empowering, supportive, and sustainable.

Receiving a Distinction is something I’m truly proud of — because it reflects the heart and intention I bring into every course I create.




My Assessment Project: The Birth of “Branding to Be Seen”


As part of the qualification, I had to design and deliver a full training programme — including lesson plans, assessments, exercises, and learning outcomes.

I chose to build my assessment around something incredibly close to my heart:

Helping people create a brand that feels like them.

This became the blueprint for the Branding to Be Seen course.


Through my assessment work, I developed a structured learning journey where students:

  • Identify their brand essence

  • Create a brand story that feels aligned and authentic

  • Build a complete Canva brand kit

  • Learn how to use AI tools for content creation

  • Develop a marketing content plan based on clarity rather than chaos

  • Gain the skills to show up consistently, confidently, and creatively


The training was designed using Kolb’s Learning Cycle and Honey & Mumford learning styles, ensuring that every type of learner — activists, reflectors, theorists, pragmatists — can connect with the material.


This structure means that Branding to Be Seen isn’t just inspirational. It’s educationally sound, professionally developed, and built to deliver real transformation.
