Distag QCS — Website Redesign & Full Catalogue Development



Role: Marketing Manager, Content Strategist, Digital Project Lead

Overview
During my time as Marketing Manager at Distag QCS, I led the complete redesign and relaunch of the company website — a major digital transformation project that included over 15,000 individual product entries and the creation of all written product documentation, which had never been documented before.
The final result is the website still in use today (launched in 2022), with the same structure, product library, and catalogue system I built from the ground up.
Project Scope
This project was one of the largest and most detail-intensive content and digital marketing initiatives within the company. It included:

A full website redevelopment

A complete restructuring of all product groups

Creation of a centralised digital catalogue across 6 product divisions

Writing and documenting thousands of product descriptions

Styling and preparing product images and data

Producing six full online catalogues for each product division
These catalogues remain live and unchanged since launch, demonstrating the quality and sustainability of the work.
